Directions
Recommended intake: Take LactoJoy FORTE 28,000 FCC capsules approximately 15 minutes before consuming lactose-containing meals or food products. Swallow the capsules with sufficient liquid. Depending on the lactose content of the meal or food product and your individual degree of lactose intolerance, the number of capsules may be adjusted accordingly.
