Cancellation Deadline

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after the purchase is made.
  • To request cancellation, contact our Customer Support Team within that deadline, using the contact information below.
  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, we will implement full refund for the same payment method used in the purchase.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

  • After 24 hours, orders are usually in processing or ready to ship.
  • In these cases, the cancellation may not possible.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you may Decline the delivery at the time of receipt.
  • After the product is returned to our logistics center, in its original conditionA refund will be issued. just the product valueexcluding shipping costs.

Important Information

  • Refunds will be processed exclusively for the original payment method used in the purchase.
  • Shipping rates are not reembolsable for cancellations requested after the 24-hour period or in cases of delivery refusal.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, Nutricity reserves the right to apply a restocking fee.
