Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After processing and submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time (Transit Time)

The delivery time varies according to your location.

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 20 business days.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all over Brazil and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email to track the delivery in real time.

Customs, Taxes and Fees

All prices on nutricity.com.br include applicable taxes and import duties, when necessary. In most cases, there will be no additional charges for delivery.

Damaged, Lost or Incomplete Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost during shipping, or is incomplete, we are here to help:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Lost packages: If tracking does not show updates or the order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
  • Missing items: Report any missing items within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After verification, we will offer Replenishment or resend at no additional cost.
