Refund and Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please carefully review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

How do we market health and nutrition supplements, the safety of the products is our top priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

We accept returns if:

  • You received a product damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is sealed, unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made in up to 30 days after receiving the product.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Supplements open or used.
  • Returned products no original packaging or without proof of purchase.
  • Products identified as “Final Sale” or “Non-refundable”.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] reporting:
    • Order number
    • Return Reason
    • Product photo (if applicable)
  2. Our team will analyze your request and, if approved, will send the instructions for return.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement.

Important notes:

  • Return shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except when the error is from Nutricity.
  • Refunds will be processed in same payment method used in the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days after the inspection.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us in up to 48 hours after the delivery.

We may request photos for verification before authorizing the shipment of a new product or a refund.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before sending.
  • After the order shipment, the cancellation will not be possible.

Contact us immediately if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
